Training Routes

Training is so boring right? Wrong!

Not now we've mapped out a series of shorter (5-10km) R+R training loops to compliment our longer, "full beans" R+R tracks.

All long distance runners need to train, even amateur "fun runners" like us. These routes provide a quick blast in amongst nature (rather than dodging traffic on the streets). Most are flattish and runnable by design but, be warned, we are trail runners at heart, so most routes come with a slight "twist" (by that we mean hills!).

Run them against the clock and measure your progress. And if you have time, run multiple loops for extra beer tokens!
